How did you start in graphic design?
My career as an artist started when I was able to work as a logo operator for Nokia. It was a great experience because it was fun and it didn’t feel like work at all.

Who taught you drawing and graphic design?
My love for drawing helped push me to learn. And since the internet was not yet accessible during that time, I spent a lot of my time practicing with my drawing.

Who inspires you to continue your passion for graphic design?
I always get inspired by contemporary paintings and other great artists.

How does it feel when you are drawing or sketching?
It feels like nothing else matters.

What do people say about your sketches?
Some people find them funny and witty.

What's your favorite subject to draw?
Pop culture.

What is one of your biggest accomplishments from your painting and graphic design?
Every time there is progress in my work, I consider it as an accomplishment.

Where do you see yourself a few years from now?
I want to see myself enjoying the world of art.

What can you say to young ones out there who have talents in sketching and graphic design?
Be prepared. Do not easily get discouraged by others. People will admire and criticize you at the same time. Instead, challenge yourself. Acceptance is the key.

Based on your experience, what are the struggles of graphic artist today?
Lack of motivation. There are some days that really so hard to keep going but you need to stand up and keep moving forward.

What is the most important achievement you've attained because of graphic designing?
Working freely for more than 10 years of life is the most important achievement I ever had.
