Shipping Policy

By using the services offered by Merchiful, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to the Merchiful Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

When you transact with Merchiful, your transaction is solely between you and Merchiful, a manufacturer who produces customized print on demand products. We are not a shipping company, so we facilitate the services of a third party courier whose main service is to deliver your product to you.

Our courier of choice for shipping in the Philippines is J&T Express and FedEx Priority (4-5 day delivery) for shipping outside of the Philippines.

These couriers are third party companies that have no affiliation with, nor partnership with Merchiful. As such, Merchiful cannot be held accountable or responsible for any delays or disappointments you may have with their service or delivery schedule.

Once our couriers receive the product for delivery, we will not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or destruction of the product.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is marked as undeliverable or returned to the sender, a reshipping fee will be required.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items where the customer has changed their mind about their order. 

Wrong Size or Wrong Item Ordered
Once your order has been placed and production has started on your item, we cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on your order. 

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Merchiful is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us so we can fix the problem right away.

Our Shipping Policy may change from time to time.
