At Merchiful, we are always looking for ways to improve and expand our product offerings. That's why we are excited to announce that we now offer DTF (direct to film) printing onto 100% cotton t-shirts and hoodies!
In the past, we have primarily focused on sublimation printing for the production of our apparel. This type of printing is a popular choice for our customers because it allows for vibrant, long-lasting prints on synthetic polyester fabrics. However, we know that many of our customers also love the soft, comfortable feel of cotton, and we wanted to offer them the option to have their designs printed on this material as well.
With the addition of an industrial DTF printer to our production line, we are now able to offer high-quality DTF prints on 100% cotton t-shirts and hoodies. This type of printing is similar to screenprinting, but without the messy inks and complicated setup process. It allows us to produce beautiful, detailed prints that are durable and long-lasting, even on cotton materials.
